Will’s work experience includes land title surveys, transportation surveys, establishing survey control networks, GIS database development, oil and gas asset management, bridge surveys, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and LiDAR mapping. He has successfully managed surveying and mapping projects ranging from small land title surveys to large, multi-discipline transportation projects. He has served as an adjunct professor at a local community college and has been involved in continuing education course development for the Texas Society of Professional Surveyors.

Will enjoys being outdoors and a good live music show. He grew up on the Texas Coast and enjoys returning home for a day of fishing or relaxing on the beach with his family.

Lindsey comes from a varied background of business sales and marketing, social services and education. She is an enthusiastic educator, innovator, explorer, designer, and lover of all things tech and innovation. One of her passions is to find opportunities to merge the business, education, and the technology world to benefit those she serves. Lindsey has been recognized as an Above and Beyond Recipient, was a Teacher of the Year Nominee, Collaborated on the TASA iTunes U Initiative, was invited to the United States Patent and Trademark Office Teacher Institute of 2015, and was in the pioneer EdExchange program with the Thinkery Children’s Museum of Austin.

OUR STORY
We were blessed to grow up on the beautiful coast of South Texas. Whether it was relaxing on the beach, fishing, hunting, kayaking or camping we always felt at home outside.
Integrating our taste for outdoor living with a career path was irresistible. Like many others, we sort of fell into Land Surveying. After seeing what challenges this great profession had to offer, we were hooked. Being able to utilize some of the most advanced mapping technology while getting to spend time in the elements really piqued our interests. As one of our early mentors put it, being a Land Surveyor requires you to be a mathematician, outdoorsman, business professional, botanist, historian, futurist, and detective. Challenge accepted.
We founded Whitecap Survey Co., LLC in 2018 as a family-owned and operated professional land surveying and mapping business. Headquartered in Dripping Springs, Texas, our Central Texas location allows us to readily travel all over this great State.
Our vision was to create a company that offers exceptional and friendly service. It was important for us to form an environment that inspires creativity and individuality while staying true to our fun-loving origins.
